MALE / DHIFFUSHI : This morning you have free time before transferring by local ferry to the local island of Dhiffuhsi, North Male. Transfer by afternoon public ferry to Dhiffushi. Journey time approximately 3 hours Accommodation: Rashuhiya Guest House or similar Meal: Breakfast Included
DHIFFUSHI : This morning head out for 2 hours of snorkeling. Visit a reef which offers the strong possibility of several turtle sightings. The reef is shallow but dense with corals which provide turtles with an abundant food source. Free afternoon to hit the beach or for those feeling active get back into the water with a range of watersports. This evening we head out fishing to catch our dinner the traditional way with just a line. Your catch will be BBQ’d to be enjoyed under the stars. DHIFFUSHI / THULUSDHOO: Today is an early transfer (06:30) by public ferry to the island of Thulusdhoo. Enjoy free time to explore this island which has a cool, surf vibe or just relax on the tourist bikini beach or one of the many day beds and hammocks scattered along the water’s edge. Late afternoon as the day cools take a walking tour of the island finishing with the chance to sample traditional Maldives evening tea known as ‘hedikaa’ or ‘short eats’- small savory and sweet bites accompanied with black tea. THULUSDHOO: Today you have free time to enjoy Thulusdhoo. If you’re an experienced surfer try out the surf breaks or if you do not hold your diving certification, why not take your first steps by booking a discover scuba dive. Late afternoon you will head out for sunset kayaking tour. Kayak through the beautiful lagoon to a nearby sandbank, from where you can enjoy the sun set in the ocean. THULUSDHOO / HURAA: Travelling 40 minutes by public ferry you will reach the local island of Huraa. Immerse yourself in local life; discover the mangrove swamps and freshwater lake and learn more about this fragile eco-system. Discover how and why tuna is dried and smoked and learn how the local delicacy of rihakaru is made! This evening visits the home of a local family and enjoy the tastes of a traditional local meal. HURAA / MALE Depart Huraa 08:30 by public ferry to Male. Journey time 1 hours. On arrival in Male accompanied by your CEO tour Male the most densely populated capital city in the world.
