Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
By completing and submitting your Tour Registration Form, you agree to be bound by these conditions which forms an agreement between Thee Curious Traveller Ltd and you.
The person making the booking for the tour warrants that, before making the booking, he or she has read and has agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Where a tour booking is being made by one person on behalf of another/others, the person making the booking confirms that they have advised each person wishing to join the tour of these terms and conditions and confirms that each such person has agreed to them.
“Thee Curious Traveller Tours” is the trading name of “Thee Curious Traveller Ltd”.
Our company is based in England, United Kingdom and registered with United Kingdom Companies House.
Our company number is 11832859.
Our Responsibilities to You
We will provide:
- ~ Sightseeing tours.
- ~ Admissions to sights scheduled on the itinerary unless otherwise stated.
- ~ Food if included in the tour package.
- ~ Accommodation every night of the tour package.
- ~ Transportation for group activities mentioned in the itinerary, unless otherwise stated.
Not included: Transportation for optional activities and independent sightseeing during the tour is at the tour participant’s own cost.
On the final day of the tour our services finish, therefore no activities or overnight accommodation is included on the tour end date. Airport drop off is at your own expense unless provided in the package.
Payment Methods & Currencies
Our tours are priced in Great British Pounds (GBP). All payments made using a foreign currency such as USD must equal to the tour value of the tour in GBP, we are not responsible for any currency fluctuations and have no control over this.
All payments are to be made via PayPal or Bank transfer and must reflect the expected amount to be received in Great British Pound (GBP) to us.
All Payments made via PayPal are subject to booking fees charged by PayPal, fees will be included in the price of the tour.
All payments are to be paid on the 1st of every month, a payment request will be issued to you via PayPal unless otherwise stated.
All payments must be made in full no later than 2 months before the Tour taking place unless otherwise stated.
All payments must be paid promptly when due, failure to do so, the participants spot on the tour will be processed as a cancellation. We will make contact with the participant to resolve the issue before it escalates to cancellation.
Please note your spot on the tour is only reserved once we have received the registration form & deposit payment together.
All booking fees are non-refundable.
By entering into the payment plan agreement you agree to make all payments on the 1st of every month unless otherwise agreed, the total trip balance must be completed in full two months before the trip commences. If for any reason you cannot make a payment on the due date, you MUST contact us within 7 days. Your spot on the trip is only reserved based on you making payments every month until the balance is cleared, should you miss any payments and not get in touch with us within 7 days to arrange payment on another day your spot will be forfeited. All payments are non-refundable including when you forfeit your spot, if you cannot make the trip, you can transfer your spot to another person and they will be responsible for continued payments towards the package.
Custom Itinerary – if we have created a custom itinerary plan for you, the payment due dates and schedule may vary.
All discount codes for the pay monthly plan must be applied by us manually. You must email your discount code at the time of signing up and paying the deposit, please note discount codes will be rejected if received at a later date. All discounts will be applied to your final instalment payment. Email email@example.com

Deposits are non-refundable.
All other payments are refundable at full price up to 6 months before the tour commences.
No refunds available up to less than 6 months before the tour commences.

Custom Itinerary Refund Policy
20% of the total tour package per person, is non refundable.
50% of payments made to date are refundable up to 3 months before your trip takes place.
No refund available when cancellation is made less that 3 months till the trip takes place.
We are not responsible for any charges required to travel internationally such as visa costs, local tax, flights, passport costs and medical related costs, it is your responsibility to plan for these costs and provide for them.
Cancellations by Thee Curious Traveller Ltd
We reserve the right to postpone a trip in the rare event the country of the trip is affected by acts of God, force majeure event, acts of war , epidemic and pandemic outbreaks this including Covid – 19 events. Applicable to bookings after 7th April 2020
In the highly unlikely event we have to completely cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, the amount you have paid for the applicable tour excluding the booking fee will be refunded to you at least within 30 working days of the notified cancellation unless otherwise stated by us. Please be advised we’ll refund the payment amount received to us in GBP (Great British Pounds).
After this Thee Curious Traveller Tours has no other obligations to tour participants on cancelled tours. This includes any additional costs or fees related to the purchase and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations not made by Thee Curious Traveller Tours.
Itinerary Changes & Unused Services
Itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.
Thee Curious Traveller Tours is not liable to refund tour participants the costs of any portion of services that are not used due to unforeseen circumstances or due to the tour participant deciding to opt out of a visit or activity on the day. This includes for reasons of ill health, jet lag or other personal issues.
All rooms are based on at least two people sharing, if more than two people are sharing you will be notified beforehand.
All room shares will be allocated to the same gender where possible, should this not be possible rooms will have to be mixed gender.
Should you request a private room, we can arrange this for you, please note an extra cost will be incurred for a private room to be paid by yourself. To request a private room email us firstname.lastname@example.org when you sign up, please note rooms are subject to availability of the hotel.
Age of Travellers
All travellers must be 18 and above to attend our tours.
Thee Curious Traveller Tours requires all tour participants to purchase personal travel insurance prior to or at the time of booking a tour and to maintain this insurance for the duration of the tour.
We provide no travel insurance with the purchase of a tour and cannot provide legal advice as to the best companies to buy from.
Ideally you should purchase a policy that will provide indemnity to you for unlimited medical expenses, unlimited repatriation expenses, cancellation protection.
Other eventualities where travel insurance is invaluable include loss of luggage, trip delay, medical evacuation, personal liability for accidental damage to someone else’s property and more.
Thee Curious Traveller Tours acts only as an agent for transportation providers that we use during tours. Although we take all care possible when sourcing providers and encourage good health and safety practise on tours, we can assume no liability for injury, damage, delay, loss, accident or irregularity in connection with the services of any airplane, boat, motor-coach, minibus, train, or other conveyance, public or private, used in the course of our tours.
We accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in transportation services due to sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, acts of God or other causes beyond our control.
All such losses and expenses will have to be borne by the tour participant, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated.
Thee Curious Traveller Tours does not accept liability for any airline cancellation penalty or change fee incurred by the purchase of non-refundable tickets to or from the tour.
Thee Curious Traveller Tours acts only as an agent for accommodation (hotel) providers that we use during tours.
Although we take all care possible when sourcing accommodation providers, we can assume no liability for injury, damage, delay, loss, accident or irregularity in connection with any hotel.
Any extra expenses incurred whilst staying at the accommodation (hotel) such as room service, tipping of staff or charges to the room shall be the responsibility of the individual tour participant to provide for these extra expenses incurred. Thee Curious Traveller Tours shall in no way be liable for these extra expenses.
In the rare event that we need to provide you with a different accommodation than originally planned, the new accommodation we provide will be of the same expected standards.
Acceptance of Risk
By participating in Thee Curious Traveller Tours you acknowledge that our tours may be considered to be, in full or in part, adventurous. In signing up to participate in the tour you agree that this consideration is taken into account. Your tour may involve personal risk, such risks to include illness, injury, disease, loss or damage to property, discomfort and inconvenience. You accept that this is the nature of international travel and you choose to participate, in making the booking you accept risk and agree that you are joining the tour upon condition of travelling at your own risk.
In agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that you shall not make any claim against Thee Curious Traveller Tours for injury or loss, howsoever caused, arising out of the acceptance of such risk.
It is your responsibility to be informed about any travel advisories or warnings issued by any Government Department. If a travel advisory or warning is issued by a Government Department in relation to a destination on your tour, If you decide to proceed with the tour, you acknowledge and agree that you have decided to do so at your own risk and will not make any claims against Thee Curious Traveller Tours in relation to any matters arising from this.
All customer data collected when you sign up for a tour (name, address, email address, date of birth) is handled sensitively.
We endeavour to the best of our abilities to protect any and all personal information you share with us over the course of making tour reservations.
In order to provide the services or products in question, tour participants should understand that some personal information must be passed to third parties, mainly hotels and transport providers.
For example hotels need to know sleeping arrangements and on occasion hotels require customer passport numbers prior to arrival for security reasons.
