All our trips typically include accommodations, transportation to and from activities, some meals,
activities/excursions, tour guide/s and airport transfers. The full list of what is included can be found
on the trip page on our website.
YES! Solo travellers are very welcome on our group trips! In fact, most of our travellers tend to be
solo! So do not feel pressured to find someone to join you on a trip.
We specialise in small to medium sized group trips, most trips will range between 12 – 16 travellers
but occasionally there may be less travellers or slightly more on a trip.
Unless you inform us that you would like to room with someone specific, you will be paired with
another solo traveller to sleep in a shared twin accommodation. Uncomfortable with sharing a
room? No problem! Most of our trips offer a single supplement option that you can choose when
booking.
International flights to and from the trip destination are not included. Some trips may include
domestic flights within the destination.
A down payment is due at the time of booking.
We will send a detailed itinerary with everything you need to know at least 2 weeks prior to your trip
start date including hotel and airport transfer information. Your itinerary will include start times of
activities each day and where to meet (this is usually the hotel lobby). We will also add you to a
WhatsApp group so that you can communicate with the group and tour guide for your trip.

Accommodations vary from trip to trip! Due to the nature of group trip, sizes changing, and other
reasons that can often be outside of our control, we are not always able to confirm accommodation
details until two months before the trip (sometimes later). All the hotels we use are from 3 stars and
above. We aim to ensure that your hotel is close to key amenities and comfortable.
We will provide the full detailed itinerary including hotel and transportation details at least 2 weeks
prior to your trip including all necessary travel information. Group sizes often change, and this can
affect details on the itinerary such as the hotel, so we like to get the exact itinerary out to you when
everything is finalised to avoid confusion.
You will often need a valid passport if travelling outside the country, you may also need a Visa.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide Visas or guidance on Visas.
We are a UK registered travel company that is located in England; however we have worldwide
partnerships within all the countries that we provide trip packages. Our partnerships are with local
travel companies, local tour guides, hotels and much more.
